Her strong ethos of problem solving, courtesy and productivity underpins the clear standards she has set and the processes she has developed to ensure our customers are at the heart of our business.

Under Fiona’s leadership, the Customer Service Centre was awarded the Customer Contact Association (CCA) Silver Achievement Award in 2022 for Service Excellence, and has recently celebrated 12 consecutive years of accreditation against their Global Standard©. Fiona’s operational expertise is cited as invaluable for the ongoing success of the newspaper and magazine category. Her attentiveness to customer needs and ability to identify areas for improvement have been instrumental in ensuring Menzies grow our customer centric culture.

Fiona is an inspiration, whose career in turn inspires others. Her respect for customers and the team is shown every day by embracing the opportunity to engage and build relationships with all who need her support. Her understanding, compassion and drive are unwavering and often difficult to match, which is why she is able to continually improve Customer Service and encourage others to do the same. Thank you Fiona and all the team in our Customer Service Centre in Linwood – we are very proud of you.
