The Jo Cox Foundation
Established in 2016 by the friends and family of the late Jo Cox MP. The Foundation exists to build a positive legacy for Jo and to create something positive from the tragedy that was her murder. The Jo Cox Foundation inspires and galvanises positive change at local, national and international levels. They do this by partnering with visionary individuals and organisations who share their commitment to the fairer, kinder world that Jo dedicated her life to building.
Prostate Cancer UK’s top priority is funding research to stop prostate cancer killing men. They invest millions to find better treatments and better tests that can spot fast-growing cancers early, and could be used in a screening programme to save thousands of lives. They want a future where lives are not limited by prostate cancer. They work to unite the brightest minds in science and healthcare and the most passionate and caring people to help men live long and live well.
Blue Sky is an innovative and unique service providing individualised programmes of therapy to young children aged from 6 months old who are experiencing developmental delays, including autism. They focus on using evidence based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioural Intervention (NDBI) approaches to support child development.
Hope2Sleep is a registered charity run by Sleep Apnoea Sufferers, CPAP & Ventilation Users and Sleep Professionals – all of whom are passionate about supporting people to get the safe and restful sleep that they deserve. Hope2Sleep has been raising awareness and giving free support since 2009.
The NewstrAid Benevolent Fund has been in existence for over 180 years. It was founded in 1839 and aims to provide welfare for people who are, or have been, employed in the selling and distribution of newspapers and magazines in the UK and who find themselves in hardship. This includes their immediate family and dependants who are in need or distress.
Transaid transforms lives through safe, available, and sustainable transport. They focus on professional driver training, transport management systems, and rural access to transport, to solve two of the biggest transport challenges in economically developing countries.
