Supporting Executive Lounges for the NHS

We are assisting Gold Key Media (GKM) with the nationwide extension of an exciting project that has been running in London.

The project has been created by furloughed, redundant and grounded aircrew across every UK airline. Helping to establish an ‘executive lounge’ in hospitals for NHS staff to enjoy some down time on breaks, prior to and after their shift. The aircrew collate samples and gifts etc. to stock the lounges. NHS staff can talk to a cabin crew member about their travels, or be handed a cup of tea by a pilot, the uniformed crew are putting smiles on the faces of NHS workers across the country.

Menzies Distribution is helping by delivering parcels of newspapers, donated by publishers including; Guardian, Reach, News UK, iNewspaper and the Financial Times. There will be two drops at Maidstone, Grays and Linwood plus one drop at Newbridge and Weybridge.
