Menzies receives Defence Employers Recognition Scheme award

As a signatory to the Armed Forces Covenant, we are delighted to have received an award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme. The scheme encompasses bronze, silver and gold awards for employer organisations that pledge, demonstrate or advocate support to defence and the armed forces community, and align their values with the Armed Forces Covenant.

Menzies is proud to be an armed forces-friendly organisation and is keen to recruit more armed forces reservists, veterans and their family members. We are very pleased to have received a bronze award in our first year of entry, which will enable us to apply for silver and ultimately gold awards in the future.
