Menzies achieves 12th consecutive year of CCA Global Accreditation.

Menzies is proud to announce that our Customer Service Centre (CSC) has achieved CCA Global Accreditation for Customer Experience for an incredible 12th consecutive year. This remarkable accomplishment reflects our unwavering dedication to providing exceptional service to our customers.


The assessment report highlighted the robust support and management structure, coupled with a positive staff survey return rate that underpins the friendly, focussed and supportive working environment. With consistent results and minor fluctuations, we have established a strong foundation for continuous improvement, ensuring that we always meet and exceed customer expectations.


During the assessment, Menzies underwent evaluation against eight new modules, covering various aspects such as Organisational Strategy, Business Policies and Frameworks, and Digital Systems. This thorough evaluation process included a rigorous onsite assessment, anonymous staff surveys, and one-on-one interviews, reaffirming our commitment to upholding high standards in every aspect of our operations.


The achievement of 12 consecutive years of accreditation is a testament to the collective effort and dedication of our CSC team at Menzies. Their unwavering commitment to quality and continuous improvement has been pivotal in our pursuit of delivering excellence in customer service.
