Menzies celebrates Silver CCA Global Standard for customer service

Major milestone for Linwood Customer Service Centre.

 

Menzies Distribution is proud to announce that its Linwood Customer Service Centre (CSC) has been awarded the CCA Silver Achievement Award for Service Excellence, following ten years of accreditation with the CCA.

 

Headquartered in Glasgow, the CCA is the leading global authority on customer contact strategies and operations. Menzies formalised its long-term commitment to continuously improving customer experience by adopting the CCA Global Standard©, with its first audit taking place in 2011.

 

Commenting on the award, Anne-Marie Forsyth, Chief Executive of CCA, said:

Linwood CSC recently completed its 2021 audit. The team retained the accreditation for the 11th consecutive year and the 15-year Gold Award remains firmly in its sights.
