Happy Anniversary to Menzies and UKFD

As Menzies and UKFD (UK Flooring Direct) celebrate a one-year anniversary in partnership together, we would like to reflect on the efforts that converted an initial pilot into a national service.

Becoming a new strategic partner for UKFD allowed for us to play an important part in our client’s growth. We add value and are valued in return. It is this brand of Menzies dedication, that allow for us to hold such an important relationship with our customers, both now and in the future.

What started out from a single depot in Maidstone has since grown to fifteen operations nationwide with Menzies handling UKFD deliveries daily. UKFD can now provide the highest levels of customer experience in the market. This represents huge advances in the services UKFD can offer their customers and this success has been measured by a positive increase in feedback and reputation.

To mark this milestone Menzies received a welcome message from Darren Gilbert (CFO/COO) of UKFD who praised the ‘effort and passion displayed by everyone within Menzies.’
