Arrange a Re-Delivery

To arrange a new delivery or collection time, please enter your details, consignment or tracking number and the correct route number as this will send the request to your local depot. These details can be found on the leaflet we left at your address.

Please Note that we are unable to leave parcels without a signature or deliver to an alternative address without the authority of the sender.

 

We will keep your parcels for five days before returning to sender.

 

Please also note that we do not deliver on bank holidays.
