Jane is the Managing Director of Menzies Marketing Services, a division that offers clients a range of solutions including sales and merchandising teams, distribution and promotional staff and retail inventory management.

MMS includes The Network, a business which Jane set up independently in 1990 and sold to Menzies Distribution in 2008.
