Telephone and text delivery notification

We provide, at no extra charge, a distribution update text messaging service to let customers know about any changes to their delivery arrangements each day. By registering through the online service, customers can receive "real time" early morning advice on late distribution, double running and other relevant information.

Our 'Phone Forward' service means that when delivering extra copies of newspapers and/or sections previously reported short, our drivers will telephone customers whilst en-route to confirm the estimated time of arrival
