Who can register?
Retailers who are already a customer of Menzies Distribution can register. This includes retailers with one outlet up to multiples with many outlets.We are currently developing online services for publishers, but at the moment, publishers can't register.
What information do you need to have to register?
You'll need to have:
- Your 4-digit Customer Reference Number, which is shown on all documents you receive from us, usually at the top right of each document
- The name of the Menzies Distribution branch that delivers your supplied. Again, this is shown on most documents you'll receive from us. If you're not sure, view our list of branches. If you are supplied by a spoke distribution centre, select your main supplying branch
- A copy of a recent Menzies Distribution Delivery Advice Note
- A valid email address to which we can mail your account details
What does registration entail?
Registration is a simple 3-step process:
- Confirm your Menzies Distribution account details and choose a password
- Enter details from a recent Delivery Advice Note as a security check
- Confirmation of your details
How long will it take?
Make sure you have all the required information to hand (see above). Then, completing the registration forms should take only 5 to 10 minutes.
When will I be able to access my online account?
Once you've registered, you'll get instant access to your online account. Occasionally, we may have to validate some of your information; if that's the case, we will get in touch with you very shortly after we receive your registration request.
