- If it relates to copies on a specific credit note, please go to the credit note queries page.
Queries on credit / charge values
Type in the first three letters of the title you require and after a few seconds a drop down list of titles will appear, select the title by clicking on it. You can then choose an Issue from the "Issue" column.
For all queries not relating to credit/charge values, such as vouchers and delivery times, submit your query below.
